De Amerikaanse zanger en gitarist Chuck Ragan, mede-frontman van de punkrockband Hot Water Music, komt naar Cloud Nine voor een solo-optreden. Sinds 2007 combineert Ragan zijn werk bij Hot Water Music met een succesvolle solocarrière. Zijn kenmerkende schuurpapieren stemgeluid en punk-achtige folkrock roepen associaties op met artiesten als Bruce Springsteen, Frank Turner en Brian Fallon. Ragan toont aan dat hij met de jaren alleen maar beter wordt, zoals blijkt uit zijn soloalbum 'Love & Lore'
