De voor een Latin Grammy-genomineerde artiest en componist Rogê, een sleutelfiguur in de Braziliaanse muziekscene, treedt op in Het Concertgebouw. Hij staat bekend om zijn zonnige liedjes en is cruciaal voor de heropleving van samba en bossanova. De in Rio de Janeiro geboren Roger José Cury, zoals hij eigenlijk heet, speelde jarenlang in bars en cafés en schreef mee aan het themaliedje voor de Olympische Spelen in 2016. Na zijn verhuizing naar Los Angeles in 2019 heeft hij ook daar naam gemaakt.
