Rostam Batmanglij, bekend van Vampire Weekend, bouwt sinds 2016 een veelzijdige carrière op als producer voor artiesten als Frank Ocean en HAIM. Hij componeert ook voor film en televisie. Zijn eigen muziek combineert indiepop, elektronica en experimentele invloeden met warme melodieën en gelaagde productie. In 2026 brengt hij zijn derde album 'American Stories' uit, gevolgd door een concert in Bitterzoet. Dit optreden staat in het teken van zijn nieuwe album en belooft een avond vol unieke sound
