In 1984 richtte Kaptein K, aka Sacha Konietzko, Kein Mehrheid Fur Die Mitleid op als uitvoerende kunst project in de Duitse underground kunst scene. Al snel werd de groep pionier in het slaan van een brug tussen techo/dance muziek en heavy metal. Na 4 decennia staat Kaptein K nog altijd aan het roer van deze invloedrijke groep en is nog lang niet klaar om te stoppen.
