Renan Almeida, geboren in São Paulo, is een veelzijdig muzikant en muzikaal leider. Hij speelt originele composities en nieuwe interpretaties van iconische werken uit de Braziliaanse muziek en jazz. Almeida studeerde aan het prestigieuze Conservatorium van Tatuí, waar hij zich specialiseerde in jazz en Braziliaanse muziek.
